Director of Marketing
ADELE seeks a Director of Marketing to lead client relationships, oversee high-profile campaigns, and drive strategic marketing initiatives that elevate visibility, credibility, and influence for the brands we represent. This is a leadership role for a strategist, storyteller, and relationship-builder who thrives at the intersection of creativity, detailed planning, and high-level client engagement. The Director of Marketing will lead impactful, high-profile campaigns that shape client visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing strategist and point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term relationships.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels, including work with influencer marketing.

Develop processes and systems to streamline marketing operations, and design strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective and timely execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop content, creative assets, and messaging that reflect client brand voice and positioning.

Track and report campaign performance to clients and internal leadership.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage the intern program to foster professional growth and development.

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure long-lasting relationships and professional accountability.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels for each client and for ADELE.

Participate and/or lead in client presentations, strategy sessions, and high-level planning meetings.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading marketing campaigns, client accounts, or strategic initiatives (agency experience preferred).

Proven track record of managing multiple clients, project timelines and campaigns from strategy through execution.

Strong client relationship and account management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability; impeccable attention to detail; and strong initiative and strategic mindset.

Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, CMS, and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Wix, WordPress, Hootsuite, SocialPilot, etc.).

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, high-visibility environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Experience in hybrid work environments, balancing in-person client engagement with remote management.

Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams is not required but considered a strong plus.

Must be willing to travel as requested.

Manager of Strategic Initiatives
ADELE seeks a Manager of Strategic Initiatives with exceptional professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. This highly versatile role requires a proactive, motivated individual who can seamlessly transition between managing complex projects, assisting with proposals, and providing executive-level support. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs—ensuring that ADELE’s priorities and initiatives are executed with precision in support of our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the ADELE executive team with strategic planning, special projects, partnership research and business development initiatives.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned special projects.

Write and edit materials for the marketing, communications, and branding departments.

Serve as an alternate point of contact for established clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring timely, professional communication.

Manage workflows, assign tasks, and track progress across multiple projects using recommended project management tools.

Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and maintain project momentum.

Create compelling proposals, capability statements, and supporting materials aligned with ADELE’s brand standards.

Maintain organized systems for proposal templates, design files, case studies, and other supporting documents.

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications for high-level meetings, client presentations, and business development efforts.

Coordinate schedules, travel, and deadlines for ADELE leadership.

Track and report progress on priority initiatives to leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2–5 years of experience in project management, business development, or an executive assistant role.

Proven ability to write and edit at a high professional standard across multiple formats; proposal development experience is a strong plus.

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients, vendors, partners, and team members.

Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace.

(Must be willing to report weekly to offices in both Tallahassee, FL, and Thomasville, GA; schedule to be determined upon hire)
