TOC contracted ADELE to distinguish its team of fellowship-trained physicians in the region. Within four months, our team created the "Only Experts" campaign. Digital and traditional media assets were produced from original photography & video.The result was an immediate increase from the industry-standard 1% conversion rate to a 3.4% conversion rate—more than triple the average—with some ads producing 24% to 41% conversion rates.

HCA HEALTHCARE

BRAND LAUNCH COMMUNICATIONS,  PR & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

On March 3, 2022, HCA Florida Healthcare formally unified 450 care sites, 11,000 physicians, and 77,000 colleagues under a single, cohesive brand across the state. This milestone required seamless coordination across 25 functional areas and stands as one of the most comprehensive marketing and communications efforts in HCA’s history. ADELE's Chief Strategy Officer, Valerie Wickboldt, served as the VP of Marketing and Communications within HCA Healthcare's North Florida Division, helping to manage the large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiative with precision, strategy, and measurable impact.

CURRENT PROJECT: CARDIOVASCULAR CONSULTANTS OF SOUTH GEORGIA

In 2026, CCSG tapped ADELE to develop patient-facing materials for its most common and most high-risk procedures. Designed to help patients understand and feel at-ease with their anticipated work, ADELE is developing video and photos featuring the physicians explaining procedures. Designed cards feature a QR code that links to a procedures landing page developed by our team, providing easy access to clear information presented in a way the patient understands.

ASA HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS

BRANDING & LOGO DESIGN

As the former Vice President of Human Resources for Phoebe Memorial Hospital in Albany, founder Tracy St. Amant knew there was a need for more personalized, quality nurse staffing. She launched Asa Healthcare Solutions with several executives in the industry, quickly growing the agency to become a leading provider in the region. Tracy chose the name "Asa" which means "healer" in Hebrew to reflect the heart of her mission. ADELE was honored to work with Tracy and her team to create a logo that reflected unity and multi-colored aesthetic she desired.

Founded by Briano Allen, PharmD, DDS, MS, Enhanced Endodontics contracted ADELE to produce a banner video celebrating its new branding. Our team cast & directed the single-day shoot, producing a quality asset for their practice quickly.

Over the years, ADELE has been grateful to work directly for numerous providers. Like Streamline Health & Wellness, we often develop branding, logos, websites and promotional materials to help physicians, family nurse practitioners and wellness providers reach their audience. This cost-effective suite of materials was produced to launch concierge medicine practice Streamline Health & Wellness for our client Anna Petrey, FNP-C.
