Biography
Mentored by Disney Legend Ron Logan, founder of Disney on Broadway, Lauren Adele Wootton developed a keen appreciation for the effectiveness of good storytelling. Before founding ADELE, she directed the Department of Cultural Innovation for the Brazilian State of Amazonas.
Inspired by the commercial success of powerful storytelling, Lauren started ADELE in 2013 as a consulting firm for private clients. In 2017, she took it full-time as a marketing agency, rapidly growing it into an agency of record for small businesses, regional organizations and government clients. She assembled a team of in-house as well as freelance experts in separate niches, drawing them together to produce powerful results for our clients, a strategy that has provided cost effective solutions with major market quality at a local price. Lauren personally oversees several of our larger accounts. Her teams are noted for producing record engagement rates and delivering projects on rapid turnaround times with high client satisfaction, outperforming industry KPIs. A member of the Florida Public Relations Association, Lauren is involved in numerous public relations, marketing and charitable organizations. She previously served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Thomas County, Thomasville Landmarks and Hands On Thomas County as well as Live the Life North Florida, a marriage counseling ministry.
Lauren was featured by INFLUENCE Magazine as a Rising Star in Florida Politics in 2025.
In 2025, Lauren co-founded CodeMD™ with her husband Israel Wootton, MD, a board-certified emergency medicine physician. CodeMD™ is a doctor-owned, doctor-developed wellness brand.
Lauren regularly supports local charities as well as missions in Brazil, including the Janell Doyle orphanage in Manaus. When not serving her clients, Lauren enjoys homemaking, cooking and traveling with her husband and their three children.
