Sierra Dean
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
Sierra Dean brings a dynamic blend of leadership, strategy, and communications experience to ADELE. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, she leads firmwide projects and operational planning that strengthen organizational performance and client impact.
Before joining ADELE, Sierra served as deputy press secretary in the Executive Office of Gov. Ron DeSantis, managing statewide media relations and providing counsel to multiple executive agencies. She also directed external affairs for the Florida State Guard, where her leadership advanced statewide outreach, government relations, and recruitment initiatives.
A seasoned public affairs professional, Sierra has also held roles with the Florida Department of Education and the Office of U.S. Sen. Rick Scott. She currently serves as a commissioner emeritus for the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and as a combat medic in the Florida Army National Guard. She was recently recognized by INFLUENCE Magazine as a Rising Star in Florida Politics.
